Last day of GST= Mass stocking
Yesterday was the last day of the 5% GST. Starting from 1st July, there will be an increment of 2%, totalling up the GST to 7%! That is hell alot! Therefore, there was a mass shopping or rather stocking up of goods in Singapore yesterday. I bet the sales for goods was a record-breaking number.haha
Me? What did I buy? Well all electronic stuffs. My first station was SIM LIM SQUARE... I bought a digital camera there. Canon G7 plus the lens.. Altogether, 1K.. yeah.... 1k....hehe.. Bt its definately cheaper than those in the departmental stores... Its a bargain actually... Mom and I then proceed to buy musical instruments!!! YEah... Guess wat! I bought a guitar for only $100 bucks and a electronic drim set( those mini ones) for $72!!! hahahah... Thats F cheap sia!! There were ppl there buying like keyboeards and guitars and drums and eguitar... WOW!!!!
Now that my pocket has a big hole lke those u see in construction sites... I gotta save!!! that hardest part... Oh well.... dun forget... ITS A STEAL!!!!
