you NEVER Ever want to miss this fabulous show!

Look at the MOTHER and daughter... Loving?

Now, its MOTHER and DAUGHTER again... btw, thats John Travolta and Nikki Blonsky

The main cast at the Hairspray Premiere!

After that Home recording workshop at Parkmall ( SOMA), Novea and I went to catch Hairspray movie.. one word.. AWESOME!

Hairspray was a great movie! The upbeat catchy sixties songs, the amazing set, the powerful vocals by the cast, the funkilicious cha-cha rock and roll sixties dance moves and of course... ... CUTE cast(s)... ... hahaha I loved it to the core! I had a few funny moments too... ...

Firstly, as a member of the 'zac attack', my attention focus was of course, the one and only Zac Efron!! But, But, But... there were people, rather JCs or secondary students behind mummering non-stop... another victim of the 'zac attack', she and her pal was yacking all the way... eerr... Oh, give you an example, there was a scene where Link Larkin (^Zac Efron^) and Tracy (Nikki Blonsky) were facing each other, about to give 'offer' their lips to the willing parties, the two chipmonks behind were like "OhOh... no... OMG.. She can look at the eyes of ZAC.. errr.... oh.." blar blar... Com'on! gimme a break man!! and another thing... this was the majority of the people inside the theatre... Link Larkin loved to wink his eyes and do the 'dut' sound.. There was a close-up on him on an occasion when he stood up for tracy, he winked.. you could really hear the crowd going.. " eeehhhhhhhhhh..." as in the 'sigh' manner... oh... so dramatic....

The worst part was that someone farted!! ARGH.. there wasn't any sound, (not that I heard of), but the stentch.. Ogh!! I smelt it like twice!! Man... that fella got a bad stomachache... ... argh... oh well.. the smile on that big wide plasma screem was more than enough to neutralise the smell.... KIDDING... But I must say! Nikki Blonksy is a great singer! She rocks man! and the small girl, oh boy! a potential dancer.... great work, great cast, great crew, great plot, great set great MOVIE... Snaps to all! Love it...

See that??!! THE BIGGEST OPENING WEEKEND!!! Woo hoo!! yeah!!

Yeah.. I bought a new handphone today and I shall officially declare: BROKE!

Sony Ericsson W580i.. cool? Yeah, I think so too. I actually wanted to buy the K810i which was more on a camera phone. 3.2 megapx, 8.0 digital zoom. For this W580i, its a slim, music phone. The 'specialaity' of this particular phone is that you shake to switch your tunes... ... yes, literally shake it.. hope that can shake those flabby arms away too!! *dots...* I was always deprived of having a good phone. My first handphone was Nokia 3360 ( if I am not wrong) which was shared between my sister and I. Next was the Nokia 8310 ( I think so) where it was passed down from my mom to me. At that point of time, coloured, polyphonics tones were out at REASONABLE prices... Yes, that long. I remembered at a camp few years back where each group was suppose to find at least 3 mono handphones. Guess what?! My group won though they only found one. Why? (it might sound unbelievable but its true) I was the ONLY ONE who has a mono handphone!! Yes way!!! So my next step was naturally to get a polyphonic hp!

The previous hp that was introduced to my life was Motorola A660. I got that phone on impluse. It was a quite new phone, and the new paper had coupons at $98 when you go down to their roadshows.. Therefore, my mother went there 'on behalf' so that I could concentrate on my Chemistry exam the following day. When I got it.. I felt that I was another loser... This phone has NO bluetooth, camera that 'claims' to have 1.3 megapix, 30secs video and audio camera, picture frames that unknowingly DISAPEARED?! NO mp3, No radio, No infra, USB that does not transfer files?!! the only consolation that wasn't of any help was the finger-writing keypad where you can write the chinese characters or english words on the keypad itself. English was a No-No as its letter by letter... How long must I write to get my words across?!! Chinese wasn't satisfying either... The 'vocab' of this phone seemed to have limited primary standard...

My only wish for now is that this W850 don't screw up! Its gonna last me till a long time..

My first.. Nokia 3360??

I liked the games here though.. Nokia 8310

Goodbye... Motorola A668

Please serve my well... Sony Ericsson

Its been quite a while since I blogged. Well, blame the exams.. For now, I am Free! (not in terms of money....) Freedom! yeah! My exams are over! Cheers! Before I start, let me introduce to you guys this link.. its called the idiot test... funny and stupid.. BUt fun! haha. heres the link. http://www.armorgames.com/games/theidiottest4.html

I was really bored at home yesterday, so I went to watch Rush Hour 3 with my mother at J8! Its was kinda last minute decision, so we reached there exactly at 1730, bought my cheezy pasta (its just macaroni with nachos cheeze, nothing much) combo. My mother went all the way to the basement to buy her coffee and curry puff. I was waiting by the entrance impatiently when my watch shows: 1745... My mother could still call me asking what I want for breakfast tomorrow???!!! Well, we just missed a little, maybe 3 minutes? Its a good thing that GV movies starts late... Phew!

I would say the movie was GREAT! Its was damn hilarious! I was laughing my socks out almost 3/4 of the show.. HAHAA... Its no wonder it hit the box office no. in America in the first week.. If I am not wrong, the figure was about almost 80 million?! OR something like that... Can't really remember.. But I am not sure why China's box office no. was just the opposite. ITs was only a few million... Jackie Chan man! He is really a daredevil! His stunts were awesome! I simply loved it!

Chris Tucker is a born comedian.. His pronouciation, articulation, tone, voice, everything.. Great! He is the funny guy in the show, and my, my, my, his is a real A.H... he is so irritating and always getting on people's nerves... To the audience, its a funny scene.. hahaha... I would really want to meet him in person... His jokes are clever, smart and funny.. The morale of the story? Be irritating like Chis Tucker cause at the end, he gets his way... ...

I remembered this scene during the N.G part: (Jackie to Chris): "You are not my brother either!" Both of them were so into character, frowning, staring, when.. (Chris to Jackie): "What do you mean I am not your bother?! *pause for 5 secs* Rush Hour 1?! Rush Hour 2?!" *'CUT!!'*

HAHAHA!!! It may not seem funny here, but go watch it! Then you'll understand! Snaps to all the cast and crew for putting up a great and exciting movie!

Istana

Today, I went to Istana, spent most of my time there drawing rather then taking pics or even viewing the magnificent building. hmm.. The worst thing is that I had to wake up like 0630 cuz I have to be a at sengkang at 715!! My eyes were really closing.. Sigh. Why Sengkang u might ask, its because, the bus will take us there and its for free. A price to pay for that ticket. Anway, there were lots of people there, especially those in green and white uniforms. Zhonghua's people. I saw a whole bunch of them there in half-uniform all scattered around! Wow... Some were very professional, I must say. I presumed most of them are arts students.

I drew mine too! haha.. I thought it was not bad! The passable drawing was in exchange for a cheapo goodie bag.. haha kidding kidding! There were tickets, a t-shirt and a magnet of the istana building inside. Cool? yeah, not bad...

As I walk into the building, the first reaction was not "wow"! but was "argh". "Aircon AT LAST!" After all the smelly sweat had evaporated, i then found out that the building was really breathtaking! There were many gifts from other countries like Korea, Japan, China, Germany, Malaysia etc. Guess what! even the toilet lights were gold-plated! Only if that was my house.. Dreaming... *slap* Back to reality... If Singapore's palace is that amazing, imagine the White House! Wo!! I wish to go there man! but too bad photos were not allowed. One thing I really hate about this palace is the area! Its so damn bloody big! I haveto walk like 20-30 minutes out from the building to the gate! My God! Fats burnt! sweat draining, bod melting...

The only consolation was that it was just beside Plaza Singapura!! YEah.. Aircon! A spoilt, pampered brat like me, aircon is a must must must! We celebrated the twins birthday at Swensen! Yum! My two little cute girls were so happy! Love them alot.. really. Let the Pictures continue the story..

Istana....
