I don't know how to start as I have SOOOO much to share.
I shall start by THANKING ALL. SB FOC is 1 of my last event that I will be organising. When school officially starts, I am no longer in School Of Business but in a new school called School OF Communication Arts and Social Science.
When I was a part of the SB club, I've learnt so much, gain a whole lot of knowledge, experience and made priceless friendships. I sincerly want to thank all SB club org comm members, be it for ADD, FOC or FOP.
The hardwork that we put in was all worth it! A simple comment from the freshies was all that I wished for. We sacrificed our bathing time, our meals, our sleeping hours just to make this camp a sucessful one. BAsically, we bathed at 5 plus 6 the next morning, practically no sleep till the 2nd/3rd day and a lot of perspiration. I felt like I shed a like 5kg? HAHA :D
THe night walk was shiok ok! Scaring others is really fun! Hearing them scream and shout just thrills me. I was in the boys toilet, hiding behing the door, so when they were suppose to comb the hair of the 'ghost', I will be just right behind them, banging the door, screaming, making those screeching sounds... Some freshies act macho, act dao.. All gae kiang! Made Justina and I kinda MAD, spoilt almost everything! Afterall, it came out well.
Then came Gala night. GOSH! I was totally sad and mad as I felt that I screwed up the whole thing. I am not cut out to be an emcee. Sighs. The Principal and the Director was there. We were so nervous as we did not expect them to arrive THAT early. Phew! Lucky Darryl was there to salvage the situation. I am sorry if I screwed up the night. Sorry Sorry, I will try my best.
Performances by all groups and OC were great! CArrie fell and Justina could not stop laughing.. HAHA.. Talking about Justina, she goes crazy when she has a microphone, she sings, tells stupid jokes, echoing almost after every sentence. For darryl, he burps into the mic. HAHA Then it was DISCO!!! WE all danced and screamed!!! WOO! Everyone was SO high! Oh, and I met a break dancing guy. Johnathan! He taught me simple break steps too! YEAH!!! Good!
Muffees won but MATAS were GREAT too! Securities was awarded the BEST group! Love this camp and tks to all!
TO ORG COMM: Thank you! I could'nt thank you guys so much. U guys rock! I never felt so happy and crazy.
To EVENTS TEAM: Especially Carrie, the credit should really go to you for all the hardwork. And Alicia, night activities were Great! And Justina and Darryl, Awesome Effort put in. We MADE IT! Ching Ching WOO! :D
To FACILITATORS: It was YOUR energy that made the campers so enthu. Thank you all! Cluster Heads, : Mamata, Shuan, Idy, Zhi Zhong, A great big Thank you for being such good leaders!
To HELPERS: You guys were so helpful and Thank you for all the effort and energy. Your effort was greatly appreciated.
To Campers: IT was YOU who made this camp so sucessful. Hope you had fun and enjoyed every moment like we did. Thank you for your active participation.
