Bloody OM test is 2 days away and I definitely have the holiday mood in me now.
How were the other ones? Well.. Lets just skipped that...

I came across this video in youtube about young students in America ( I suppose) are teaching their parents and friends Singlish. He taught them words like 'kiasu' 'chope' and 'shiok' just to name a few...

This boy do have the potential to be a professional Singlish interpreter and his Singlish accent was really impressive from the fact that he came from a foreign land.

Watch it. And you'll understand.

I had mixed feelings after watching this 4 minute clip. I was interested to see what was the upcoming word. It was entertaining but did it occur to you that it also seemed like a mockery to Singapore?

As a Singaporean, I like to imitate and learn the different accents from other countries too. For fun and laughter. Its the same for them, learning a new, funny yt 'don't really make sense' language as a topic to talk about. Should I be proud of it?

I am not a 100% patriotic Singaporean who would DIE for my country. No. Please, the thought of studying and migrating to other country is constantly floating in my head...

As for the videos, if you type 'Singlish' in youtube, you can get approximately 156 videos. Some are pure bull-shits, some are entertaining while some are deemed as mockery.

Should Singaporeans be proud of what people all over the world are talking about? Do we need to resort to a unrecognised language to be the topic of a conversation?

Remember how the Taiwan celebrities mocked at Singaporeans and our way of speaking? Though the atmosphere is different, it still boils down to whether Sigaporeans calls Singlish as an advantage than a disadvantage.

I am EFFING stress! The thought of MSTs are haunting me and I am going crazy in minutes!!

Ok. I know. Its just MSTs... But to me, its something I really want to score and prove to that idiot out there who thinks that Poly is no good. The more you tell me I can't. the more I shall PROVE it to you! No matter what it costs me.

I just don't it?! Why do some people just have THE brains??!! As in they just need to flip through the notes at the last minute and get at least a B??!! WTH! Me? I put in so much effort to just scrape through?! Life is unfair. Really Unfair.

People say: "Flora, work SMART, not HARD..." Yes. I know, but tell me what do you mean by SMART??!! Smart?! how? "Consistency" they said. I can't! I tried... "Understand, don't just bilndly memorise." Easier said than dne.

This feeling sucks to the core. I have not felt it since the O level mugging days. I just want to get back and squeeze a place in the Honours roll. Can I? I often question myself. 'Is that very important?" I asked again

I logged in my MSN, hoping to find someone to confide to. But most were all offline. I double clicked to initiate a conversation but hesitated to type something. Subsequently, I just clicked the 'X' box and left.
I feel lonely at times, sitting on my black torned chair, staring blanking into space, confused yet afraid. I wipe the tears off my eyes and encouraged myself. I thought by turning all the unhappiness to drawing and watching some TVB dramas, it would work but sadly no, that fear just keeps haunting me. I can't stop it!
I give advice to others, telling them how to de-stress, but here I am procastinating. Hmph...

Just like this afternoon, I was reading through Conb notes, hoping a chunk of infomation would store somewhere in my brain. Testing myself time and time again just made me feel depressed. I felt stupid. I felt like a failure. After learning for hours and nothing could register. Why??!!! I went to 'cook' a few dishes on my DS, but after a few minutes, I felt really guilty not studying. I put the notes back onto my table. Feeling disgusted.

I want to score! I want to do well. Call me a nerd. Call me kiasu. What do you expect when you already know you have a freaking bias lecturer who gave you a underserved 'C' for CA1??!!!! It just boils me whenever I know that I have to read his bloody notes. Full of drawings and curses in them.

ARGH!!!!!!!!!! I don't know whats gonna happen to me when exam comes in the near future when these are only tests... Well... I survived through 18 years.. Whats a few years more.. Right?

Wee! Its PTN outing!

I am not an avid cyclist nor a good one, and being a beginner and a SPOILT kid, I complained the entire jouney. Hha! Ok lah.. but I really really had alot of fun. Ms Kwa together with 04,

We laughed together
we travelled together
we ate together
we cycled together
we conqured Pulau Ubin together
We went back drenched together.

I must say... Hng! What is East coast to me now??!! Hahaha. jkjjk... and No. Not another trip. Tks!

Basically, I pushed and pulled my bike more than I was on it cycling it. The slopes were very steep and I could just fall to my death then! Thank god I came back in 1 piece. The route were not just normal pavement. It was like a forest kind of environment and the road were rocky and 'humpy'!

I remembered at one point of time when we were cycling back to the station, I came across this really deep and rocky slope. WAh! No time to brake, Shit. Die lah! I was screaming inside my head, my left and right hands were not coperative, adding force at the wrong time. Wah!!!!!! My cap was about to fly off and my vision was blurred! Y? my specs was 'jumping' up and down... and my voice was vibrating!! I thought I was going to fly off my bike, head on the floor and die instantaneously.

Ok! Thank you 04 for waiting and stopping frequently for me! Haha. and of course, I really have to thank MS kwa.. 'Xiao Mei...." HAHAHAHA!!!! She was really kind. *don't praise too much*. Ok lah. Ms kwa was behind 'protecting' all of us.. When I stopped, she stopped, get down her bike and push it together with me. Hehe.. Tks!
But we really managed to finish happily and safetly. Thank god!

We then proceed to Changi Airport to satisfy our hungry stomachs! Wat else? Popeye lor! HAha. It was quite a scene. "Hi! I would like to order 12 sets of combo 2. 12 sets all change to potato and all 12 sets change to ice lemon tea." Haha! Imagine if our whole class went.. "Hi! 23 sets of... ..." Haha!

We then met trixia and went to eat cafe catel for dinner. Waited for so long! Gosh! and the portion was more for kids rather then adults. So little! not even a third stored in my tummy!

It was GEM 'test'. Rather, an assignment. I am suppose to create a character, draw it out and type a profile about your character.

Quite satisfied with my masterpiece, but compared to my gem class ppl, I am nowhere near. Oh! In case you do not know, animation is my 2nd carrer choice. Besides film (which I am in love with...), I am interested in animation and wish to learn more after watching cartoons and animation movies. COOL... Yeah.

Ok. My character is called "B". Y? Dunno lah.. tikam tikam give it a name. :D My job is to draw a main pic of it, and five other different poses or expressions. So this is it. Comment to ok? :D tks.

Its been almost a week, but I really really have to share this!
I had 2 unforgettable class outings! Woo! Tks to Ms Kwa. Ms kwa, you rock!

It was really fun and we were so relaxed as it was the last day of school. After MMR lesson, we had pizza together as a class! Woo! So much fun. Then, we bascially camwhored. I know, not my type, but interacting with the class was a blast! And ms kwa arh.. ai yo! cannot tahan her lah! *you'll see why... :D

Hello!

This blog is so dead. Thanks to my laziness. Ok. As I promised, my trailer that I edited!
