I've answered my own questions.
As corny as it may sounds, but these few words helped me a lot.
A great man once said: " Every event has a purpose and every setback is a lesson. I have realised that failure, whether of the personal, professional or even spiritual kind, is essential to personal expansion. It brings inner growth and a whole host of psychic rewards."
