School has started and just like the rest, I have mixed feelings about these last 6 weeks in school. I mean, I AM happy about graduating but I can't bear to leave these people, leaving only memories behind.
As a 3rd year student, you only have 2 modules before entering the workforce next term. That's Professional Preparation (PP) and New Communication Technologies (NCT). I like both modules but having to tweet, face-book and blog as homework?! That's something that I know I'd won't be complaining. Haha.
It is also the first time where the 10 okto students really try to juggle between school and work. I constantly remind myself that school comes first when workload just keeps increasing.
After today. It's 5 weeks left. I guess I'll be counting down every week. I'd really miss school, miss classes, miss the awesome lecturers, miss the cold classrooms, miss my friends, miss 04. AHHHHHH! *wipes tears off*
I started to feel the unwillingness to let go during the first nct tut. FIRST u know! Cuz pictures makes and celebrations makes us feel like a big family. And families stay together. :D

Just a few days ago, a few of us went for a exclusive Yahoo! bloggers’ event at Suntec City Tower 4. It is about the new Yahoo! homepage layout and of course, Youreka! I’m glad that I was able to be part of it. Tks to Ms Kwa and her contacts. :D
If you are wondering what Youreka is about, it is a digital treasure hunt that allow users to win, have fun, learn and explore the web at the same time. An impossible 4-in-1 deal? Not with the technology now.
When you log on to www.youreka.com.sg, you find yourself greeted with countless little grids with cute pics in it. There are 392 unique grids or cubes. There are hidden coloured tickets for you to search. Well, these tickets are your ‘TREASURES’… you might just be the lucky winner to win a car! A CAR! It’s pretty easy. Other 100+ are links to websites and some cool stuffs.
I like games, be it computer software games or simple physical activities, I’m all for it. And when I first saw the Youreka! page, the first thing that came to my mind was FUN! :D I couldn’t help but to start checking out the page.
There will be an event on the 28th of November at the SG flyer. Guess I’ll be there to check it out! :) And hopefully.. *cross fingers* to WIN something!
It’s great that SP Media and Comm students are able to be exposed to these talks, forum, sessions, events.

And of course! It's just so great to celebrate with the people you've known for so long with the assurance that these people will be behind you supporting you all the way.
I love this bunch of peeps. We've known one another for so long and through these years, we've developed this friendship bond that can never be broken. I look forward to each gathering with them as they make me feel so comfortable and they're able to channel my stress and frustrations with their presence. :D
Ok. They are the sweetest thing. But in a very funny and BRUTAL way. I knew they had something up their sleeve.
The moment I met them, they asked me to drink this dunno what kind of drink. @#*%VY&)@!T After much persuasion, I drank 1 sip. AHHHH! It's their concoction of Mac chilli, curry, whatever sauces you can think of. FRIENDS.
So they led my to the SG flyer. Somehow or rather, they managed to snatch my wallet and took out my ic. They paid for my entrance fee and tadah! We are waiting for our cabin.
When we were at the top, ok not really. They took out this small cake from Breadtalk and sang a birthday song! Haha. It's really funny cuz we sat in a small circle at one corner and asked me to hold my cake.
As we are unable to light up the candles, they brought a mini torch to substitute it. HAHA! Well, it was a lil awkward as they are SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CABIN! >.<
Then we went to Xin Wang to makan our very late dinner. Chit chatted till past midnight. Took the mid night bus for the first time. :D Had the most wonderful dinner with these people.

Another day of FUN, surprises and wishes! :D
SP peeps and my idol: MS NGA! celebrated my birthday at SWENSENS! So appreciative that they took time out and celebrated this joyous occasion together with me.
It was such a big group and we made A LOT of noise. When Ying and I reached Swensens, there were already about 10 of them there. Megat and Lee Yan took the same train but arrived later. Y? They were suppose to 'surprise' me. HAHA! LOL.
Oh! The only 'liaison' person is Ying2. And BEST. She didn't bring her phone that day. HAHA! So farni. Had to use MY phone to call sam (who was at Swensens) and pass the phone to Ying. HAHA!
Hey! But it was STILL a surprise. I was so happy these awesome people were able to celebrate with me. :D Thank you!
Food was 4.
Cake was 4.5.
Company was 5!
Enjoyment was 5!

Celebrated with George Teo, Sam and Ying. It was so nice of him to treat us to dinner. :D
Cafe 2000 at M Hotel looked really nice. Really cosy and just so... nice. We chose the buffet dinner. WOAH.. Was so full after that lah!
There was an average range of selection. The food they served were relatively of good choices. But the taste of the food were disappointing. It definitely not what I thought it would be. Salmon was good though. Desserts were not bad. I tried the various kinds of cheese too! Haha. Crayfish and prawns were fresh lah. Haha!
Missed the lame jokes from GT. And all of them were laughing at my lip-peeling habit and how it will affect me finding a future bf! LOL. Had so much fun.
OH! Just when I least expected.. The bdae cake came. He paid the bill and I really thought we could just leave like that. I was surprised. Really. Haha! Thank you! :D
It was a small chocolate cake. This dessert TOPS the rest and the entire dinner because it was the thought that came from their hearts.

Went to visit him at the hospital today. After weeks of drama, ups and downs. I finally found that missing tear gland buried deep inside.
It was so drama. I almost lost him. I felt like one of the characters in some TVB family feud drama. Hai. What can I say.
Conclusion? I still don't understand how life freakkin works. What's the point of staying so healthy? Whats the point of earning so much money? When one illness hits you, THATS IT! Sigh. It makes me wonder about the facts and pursuits in life.
Live life as if it is your last. I'm a strong believer of this sentence. Which is why I give myself a few hours of excessive emo-ness and after that, its fun peace joy and laughters. :D
For now, I just wanna gain back my elder who once saved my life.
